Meet Ivenials #2 - Iwona Moskwa

How long have you been involved in MA, and what were your beginnings like?

I have been working in the MA industry for 6 years. Initially, I wasn't fully aware of the potential that marketing automation held. But as always, knowledge comes with time! Thanks to the team's contribution and efforts put into training, I learned that being an MA Specialist is both engaging and constantly evolving. The diversity of tasks eliminates any boredom, and their complexity allows me to explore and implement innovative marketing strategies.

What is your specialization, and which marketing automation platforms do you use?

In the beginning, I primarily worked with the Adobe Campaign platform. Currently, I mainly operate in Marketo. I also have experience working with various clients in Eloqua. Each of these tools has its specific features, which require time and training to master. However, this journey has equipped me with versatile skills that enhance my performance.

How do you like working at Ivenium Marketing?

Personally, I believe that the greatest strength of Ivenium Marketing is the team, composed of open and helpful individuals who are always ready to offer support. Thanks to this, the atmosphere in the office is friendly, and I feel like we are a cohesive team. I am pleased that our work environment is free from unhealthy competition. We are friends who treat each other with respect and enjoy spending time together outside of work. I also appreciate the transparency that prevails at Ivenium – we regularly receive updates on the company's situation, which contributes to a sense of stability. Ivenium invests in training and provides clear career advancement paths for employees. Each team member can come up with their own initiatives, which are thoughtfully considered through collaboration. The same goes for making most decisions, which are consulted with the management and the entire team. We have many development opportunities, such as learning English or pursuing various certifications.

What advice would you, as an experienced Team Leader, give to Juniors who are just entering the world of MA?

The foremost advice is not to be disheartened at the start. I comprehend that absorbing the substantial information can be overwhelming but remember that the team's support is always there for you. The key stage is a well-conducted onboarding process, which focuses on two aspects: integration with the team and introduction to new responsibilities. So, dear Juniors – keep in mind that the team is here to guide and back you up at every step!

If there's something else you'd like to mention that hasn't come up during this interview, now is the moment!

I am a mother, so the ability to balance parenthood with work is particularly important to me. Thanks to the possibility of flexible work in a hybrid model, I can effectively manage parental duties alongside professional growth. This way, I find fulfillment in both realms of life. My work often brings unexpected scenarios, and though challenges can be demanding, I value these experiences as they contribute to my personal development. It is particularly intriguing to work with clients whose tastes differ significantly from my own, as it involves finding common ground and cultivating understanding.
